Proposed non-material amendment to permission for Replacement of temporary mobile home with permanent dwelling granted under planning ref 19/00226/APP 3. External paving: As a result of design development in relation to achieving Building Control compliance with Approved Document Part M we would like to introduce some slab paving to connect the main entrance with the car parking area. This will allow wheelchair users to enter the house from the car parking area. A ramp has also been incorporated for this purpose. Our proposals can be found on drawings nos. 119.L101D, 119.A201H and 119.A801B attached 4. We would also like to add a paved area to the West side of the house. The paved areas are shown on the drawings attached.
