Replacement with post and rail fencing positions 0.3-0.5 metres from pavement edge and planting behind with mixed nature species hedgerow incorporating existing hazel and holly. Removal of single mature Leylandii tree at rear of property. This tree is affecting greenhouse foundations, we would leave the stump/trunk and which is covered with ivy as wildlife habitat.
