Application pursuant to Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act for non-material amendments to reserved matters approval for Plot 13 (reference 18/6337/RMA, dated 18/03/2019, as amended by 20/1209/NMA, dated 24/09/2020) pursuant to Section 73 planning permission F/04687/13 dated 23 July 2014 for the redevelopment of the Brent Cross Cricklewood Regeneration Scheme proposing amendments to Condition 1 (approved drawings) to reflect updated combined basement parking proposals comprising; amendments to basement car parking layout / configuration; introduction of motorcycle parking spaces (14 within the Plot 13 red line boundary); decrease in number of car parking spaces within the Plot 13 red line boundary to 166 spaces; provision of residents parking ratio of 0.39; removal of the previously consented retaining wall (to enable the basement beneath Plots 12 and 13 to connect into the Plot 14 basement)
