Application pursuant to Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act for non-material amendments to Conditions 3 (approved plans) and 8 (hard and soft landscaping) of planning permission reference 20/2363/FUL dated 4 September 2020 in relation to the demolition of existing outbuildings to the rear of 7, 9, 11, 13 and 15 Claremont Way, works to adjacent area of hardstanding to form a parking area, works to the eastern section of Claremont Way and works to Claremont Way (East)/Claremont Road Junction. The proposed amendments relate to: changing the hardscape surface of the pavement to a combination of asphalt and cedec, removal of existing tree on Claremont Road, removal of proposed tree on Claremont Way, shortening of proposed concrete bench.
