I would like to extend my single storey rear extension from the current 3m by 2m making it a 5m rear extension. It would be made of the same material and height and width as the current 3 meter extension. I would like to highlight that the garden playroom I had permission for at the back of the garden was never built. Instead there is a wooden garden shed.
