Such details submitted to fully discharge the condition requirements in relating to Phase 2 (South) (Plots) development including: High Street South; Claremont Park Road (Part 2) (20/5534/RMA) and the tertiary street associated with Plot 14 (20/5690/RMA). Partial discharge is also sought pertaining to Phase 2 (South) (Plots) development including Plot 14 (Excluding the tertiary street) (20/5690/RMA) and Plot 15 (21/0070/RMA) and the Phase 2 (South) (Station Approach) Interim Transport Interchange (21/2289/RMA).
