Application pursuant to Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act for non-material amendments to reserved matters approval for Plot 13 reference 18/6337/RMA dated 18/03/2019, as amended by 20/1209/NMA dated 24/09/2020 and 20/5693/NMA dated 01/04/2021, pursuant to Section 73 planning permission F/04687/13 dated 23 July 2014 for the redevelopment of the Brent Cross Cricklewood Regeneration Scheme. The application proposed amendments to: Condition 1 (approved drawings) incorporating changes to the ground floor layout and to the building facade at ground and upper levels, Condition 3 (D2 use class specification), Condition 9 (landscaping); and description of development with regards to Class D2 use (omission of cinema) and Class D1 uses (introduction of nursery alongside community facility)
