Application pursuant to Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act for non-material amendments to planning permission reference 21/2257/FUL dated 23/07/2021 relating to earthworks, site clearance and the erection of a primary sub-station surrounded by an architectural wrap structure. Amendments to wrap structure comprise: rearrangement of ground level doors; omission of internal cladding elements and addition of cladding lid panels. Amendments to site curtilage comprise: maintenance strip to be specified as crushed aggregate, extended around the western end of the wrap and widened to 2.5m; widening of access gates; steeper gradient to adjacent embankment (1:2.5) and associated shrub/tree planting adjustments; erection of 1.8m tall wire mesh fence incorporating gates across length of embankment; addition of feeder pillar cabinet and comms cabinet adjacent to irrigation cabinet; planting of 5 trees, installation of CCTV poles and erection of 2.4m high fence adjacent to A406 flyover; movement of one car parking space adjacent to Railway Street planning application boundary.
