Submission of details pursuant to the discharge of Conditions 8.3 and 28.1 (Construction Environmental Management Plan) in relation to the following areas of Phase 1 (South) and Phase 2 (South) of Planning Permission F/04687/13 dated 23/07/2014 for the Comprehensive redevelopment of Brent Cross Cricklewood as listed below: - Plot 12 within Phase 1B (South) as approved under 17/6662/RMA; - Plot 13 within Phase 1C as approved under 18/6337/RMA; - Interim Transport Interchange within Phase 2 (South) (Thameslink Station Approach) as approved under 21/2289/RMA; - Claremont Park Road Part 2 and High Street South within Phase 2 (South) (Plots) as approved under 20/5534/RMA; - Those areas of highways and Public Realm within Phase 1 (South) as approved under 18/6645/FUL; and, - Plot 14 within Phase 2 (South) (Plots) as approved under 20/5690/RMA; Discharge is sought to the extents of these Plots and construction sites as shown on plan GDR629-BXT-P-DR116 Rev 07 (submitted alongside this application).
