Brent Cross Cricklewood Regeneration Area
Application pursuant to Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act for non-material amendments to reserved matters approval for Plot 25 reference 21/4063/RMA dated 22/10/2021, pursuant to Section 73 planning permission F/04687/13 dated 23 July 2014 for the redevelopment of the Brent Cross Cricklewood Regeneration Scheme. The application seeks to update Condition 1 (approved drawings) to make the following changes; Lower Ground Floor (Internal wall adjustments to the Plant Room); Ground Floor (adjustment to accessible WC and addition of 1No. WC, relocation of parcel store, internal wall adjustment between corridor and Basketball Court); Levels 01 to 22 (adjustments to indicative layout for all individual student accommodation units); roof levels 10 and 22 (addition of 3 No. automatic opening vents (AOV) to each roof; Tower, south-east elevation (omission of decorative Juliet Balconies); Western Shoulder, south east elevation, levels 08 and 09 (omission of decorative Juliet Balconies and reduction to projection fins).
