Operation of Waste Transfer Station and Materials Recovery Facility with variation of Conditions 8, 11 and 22 of Planning Permission No.12/2005 for temporary use of the western end of the site to provide a storage area for baled mixed recyclables for six months to facilitate refurbishment of the existing building. Proposal to amend condition 3 of planning permission 10/02200/S73WM to permit the receipt of commercial and household waste until 17:00 for up to fifteen Saturdays a year.
