Prior to the occupation of the 15th dwelling the off-site highway improvements hereby approved, which includes: Provision of pedestrian dropped crossing with tactile paving on North Street; Alterations to footway and kerb radius/alignment on the southern side of North Street at its junction with Bolton Road, including associated relocation of existing traffic signing, as appropriate and which are shown indicatively on Drawing Ref: 300133-001 Rev B (Section 278 General Arrangement), and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
