T28 Sycamore - Remove twin stemmed tree on mid boundary, mostly dead. G1 Consisting of T23, T24 & T25 All Alder - Reduce radial spread of line of Alder encroaching the patio area, by removal of heavy end loading only by 3m max. End radial spread - remaining 7m minimum. T8 Sycamore - Prune overhang from neighbouring property by removal of 2.5m max, remaining 4m spread from upper canopy and 3m from lower. Twin stemmed so taken from central vertical line VTA. See picture. Remove rogue branch over the drive. T5 Lime - Lift to 5m for vehicle clearance over the side drive only. No trimming on the neighbours side to retain screen.
