Variation of Conditions 2 (Plans), 3 (Scheme of Landscaping), 4 (Construction Method Statement), 5 (Water Drainage Scheme), 6 (Off-Site Flooding), 7 (Maintenance Plan for Drainage), 10 (Landscape and Ecology Management Plan) and 16 (Construction Environmental Management Plan) of planning permission 18/02048/FUL granted 11/04/2019, for: The formation of a new slip road and associated access improvements off Millennium Way / B1018 (including enhancements of the Millennium Way / B1018 roundabout); extension to the existing northern car park to create up to 400 additional car parking spaces; amendments to the southern car park entrance and exit; and associated landscaping improvements. Variations would: - enable the western service area / rear road layout to accord with that currently in operation and which was approved under planning application 19/00360/FUL. - allow a phased delivery of the proposal.
