Notice of intent to carry out works to trees in a Conservation Area - Leylandi type trees running along boundary edge to oneside of house. Trees were reduced in height for a previous planning permission now want to remove trees altogether due to unsightly nature. The boundary due to ours and recent neighbour works has a 6ft fence along it for the majority of the length, which replaces the need for the trees. Some trees have been badly affected by years of neglect prior to our arrival and have decay. See sketch 1 for details.
