Notice of intent to carry out works to tree protected by Tree Presevation Order 11/11 - (T1) - Cypress - Fell. The tree was planted in the wrong location by a previous tennant/owner of the property. It has outgrown the area, now extremely close to the roof, power lines and telephone line. 1 major limb has recently torn out in the storms, owner is afraid of further damaged being caused. The tree has been badly managed in the past with weak unions at previous cut locations. The owner would like to replant with an English yew 6-8cm girth size.
