Notice of intent to carry out works to tree in a Conservation Area - Ash tree has been storm damaged leaving a large cavity /tear out wound in the tree , weakening the structure of the main bough. I propose i remove the main bough down to the tear out point and leave the secondary bough to become the leader. The home owner is concerned it will come down and on the other side off hedge line is playing fields so concern is rising on safety.
