The proposal is on behalf of Eastern Power Networks (EPN) to improve and reinforce the local electricity network at Feering, Colchester by upgrading the existing overhead line, shown as a thick red line on the attached plan. In order to facilitate the improvement of the local network, the line will be upgraded to three phase by adding a third conductor. Additional tandem stay wires on existing poles will be installed as shown by the red 'T' marks on the attached plan.
