We respectfully request permission to carry out a 2-3m crown reduction to appropriate side growth and crown lift to provide a minimum 1m clearance from roof/building to one Elm (T61) as shown on attached TPO schedule supplied by Brighton & Hove. There are branches resting on the roofs of two properties, interfering with TV aerials, roofline, skylight and causing issues with damp/moss.
