T1 Aesculus hippocastanum located on the northern aspect side wall of 30 New road BN1 1BN. Tree has been previously pollarded and currently has approximately 2.5m of regrowth. I propose to repollard the tree back to previous pollard points. Tree is in very close proximity to the property, 30 New Road, and causes excessive shading and significantly reduces the amount of light coming in through the windows
