Front Garden, Eastern Boundary T1 - Ivy Trim foliage, remove off wall and back to left hand side of the door. H2 - Mixed Hedge Cut back side by 1 metre and follow line round. Trim outside face of the hedge back by 0.5m (1ft away from the wall) Reduce the height by 2.5m (height of the top of the ivy), chamfer the edge on top. Neighbours Section of Hedge H2 - Mixed Hedge Cut back side by 1 metre and follow line round. Trim outside face of the hedge back by 0.5m (1ft away from the wall) Reduce the height by 2.5m (height of the top of the ivy), chamfer the edge on top. H2 is a mixed hedge consisting of privet and box. It runs around the eastern perimeter of 121s ground floor flats gardens. It is approximately 3.5m high and too large for the residents to manage. The suggested works will not be detrimental to the tree nor affect its amenity value, it will however alleviate these problems, which will only increase if not addressed. If left unattended they will outgrow their environment and cause stress and apprehension.
