Reasons New owners of the house and garden, the tree has been allowed to grow unchecked by the old owners, some works were undertaken by neighbours on the eastern side of the tree. The neighbours in no. 4 Holly Close are very keen to have major reduction works undertaken, the 4 meter reduction in height would still leave the tree larger than the last time it was reduced all round
