Rear Garden by House T1 - Bay Fell as close to ground level as possible. T1 is a bay tree in the rear garden of number 6 Montpellier Terrace. The tree is very close to the property, located on the retaining wall for the basement level windows to the rear of the house. The crown is in occasional contact with the external wall of the building, blocking light and retaining moisture near the rear wall, windows and back door of the house.
