Front Lawn G1 - Norwegian Maple x 3 Reduce crown by 1 to 2 metres, reducing the height down to shape and balance. Ensure 2 metre clearance from the building. Crown lift to 4 metres. Crown thin by 20% 2 - Lime x 2 Crown lift to 3 metres over the footpath West Side of the Path T3 - Whitebeam Reduce crown by 0.5 to 1 metre. ALL ITEMS INCLUDING REMOVING ARISING DEBRIS, LEAVING SITE CLEAN AND TIDY. All of the requested works are for general site maintenance and to help with the well-being of residents, allowing more light into properties (Norway Maples). Norway Maples: After the works, all 3 trees would be at a finished height of approximately 11.5m with a crown width of 2.5m from the crown center with the exception of tree number 3 on the east side which would be to 4m after reduce. Whitebeam: After the works, the tree would be at a finished height of approximately 6m with a crown width of approximately 1.5m from the crown center. Limes: We would be lifting the crowns by approximately 1m to reach the required spec.
