Request for a Screening Opinion as to whether an Environmental Impact Assessment is required for the redevelopment of the Project Site for up to 880 residential dwellings, up to 7,430sqm Class E commercial floorspace, up to 190sqm flexible Class E/ Class F2 community floorspace, up to 320sqm Class F1 library floorspace, and up to 870sqm sui generis cinema/ theatre use, together with car and cycle parking (Please note that this is not a planning application and therefore we are not carrying out public consultation on the proposal at this stage).
