We are seeking Listed building consent for the following proposed improvements to the House. We propose to create a new access footpath link to an existing footpath leading to the front door. We also propose to re-establish a previously filled in opening from the Lounge into the rear Garden. As the property is a three storey dwelling, we proposed to replacing the modern existing veneered doors with new 4 panelled doors more in keeping with a building of the age. We propose to convert one of the bedrooms into an Ensuite and Dressing Room to the master bedroom. To reduce the noise from Worcester Road, an internal secondary glazing is proposed.
