This application only applies to substructure works to the southeast elevation. Any works above ground have been previously approved. The works comprise consolidation and repair of deteriorated stonework and brickwork, including the installation of concrete lintels over previously undiscovered window openings. Replacement brickwork and stonework will be replaced where identified with bricks and stonework to match the existing as set out on the drawing.
