Non material amendment on application 13/1685/FUL for: 1) 2 solar panels per dwelling indicated on Roof and Elevational drawings. PV panels have been approved but shown raised on brackets on side elevations. 2) Angled windows above stairwell indicated on Front elevation drawing. No. 09-39-120 Revision F. 3) Stainless steel flues raised. 4) Solid masonry balconies replaced by glazed to give the building a more contemporary appearance and provide unobstructed views of the gardens and street especially when sitting in the Living Rooms. This will also improve surveillance. See Elevation drawings. 5) One extra rooflight per dwelling added at Second Floor level at the same level as the adjoining rooflights (rooflights cill minimum 1700mm above second floor finished floor level). These will be serving Bathrooms and not habitable rooms. 6) One air intake wall grille and one air exhaust wall grille per dwelling within the rear elevations serving a Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery system for each dwelling.
