Non material amendment of planning permission 20/03373/S73 (Variation of condition 2 (Approved Plans) of planning permission reference number 19/1159/FUL (Variation of condition 2 (Approved Plans) of planning permission reference number 19/1159/FUL (Demolition of existing multi-storey car park and erection of an aparthotel (Use Class C1) alongside an underground public car park, public cycle store and associated works). The proposal seeks to make the following changes: 1.Minor adjustments to foundation detail and refinement of capping beam and pilling details; 2. revision to car park layout as described; and 3. Plant/car park store created at ground floor level upon part of the area of the 2 car parking spaces that have now been relocated (point 2 above); and 4. Removal of the car park entrance gate on eastern elevation.
