T1 - Acer tree to the front of poynters lodge 1 remove all ivy from tree to ground level 2 remove eppicormic growth from base of tree to around 4 meters 3 thin crown by 10% to 15% 4 clear building by 1.5 meters where appropriate all this work is to allow more light in to flats as there is some damp coming through on the internal walls and insurance believe its to do with the tree.
