Works to include ramp, steps, hard surfacing, CCTV cameras, addition of canopy, removal of existing canopy and delivery platform, replacement gate, demolition of external wall, louvres, replacement rainwater goods, refurbishment or replacement of windows (to include secondary glazing) and doors, new doors, enlargement of two windows to create double door, installation UV film, installation of air source heat pumps, insulation of loft and walls, removal of internal walls, blocking up of doorways, reinstatement of original openings, and revised internal layout to include increased office space
