EIA screening opinion under the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 for Proposed demolition of 13,629sq.m of existing buildings, alterations and extensions by 1,275 sq.m to retained buildings to allow use within Class E within Ash House, Class E(b) within Moat House for use as gastro pub and Class C1 (hotel) within the new wing rear of Moat House, development of 41,406 sq.m of new office and technology research facilities (Class E(g)(i), (ii) and (iii)) and 23,099 sq.m of ancillary buildings including transport hub for vehicle and cycle parking, together with plant and infrastructure works including formation of two additional vehicular accesses and one additional vehicular egress from Cambridge Road and landscaping at Melbourn Science Park (the Project). The net additional floorspace will amount to 54,484 sq.m
