Remove top section of street facade, rebuild with cleaned or reclaimed bricks, remove old render and re-new. Repair chimneys, removing blown bricks, replacing with like for like bricks, repoint in lime mortar, install new flaunts to tops of chimneys. Remove slates, setting aside those that can be re-used (expected 50%) repair and treat timbers, relead all chimneys. Reslate roof with salvage slates to match existing.
