Non-material amendment to planning permission CA/18/01664/RES for the Reserved Matters application for Phase 1 comprising 138 residential dwellings and associated works, landscaping, parking, open space and servicing, together with details of the extension to Duncan Down including landscaping, multi-use games area and allotments; to allow change to the wording of condition 9 to read as the following:- Prior to the occupation of the 135th dwelling unit within the development hereby approved, the bus gates to be approved pursuant to condition 28 of planning permission CA/15/01296 shall be installed.
