Variation of condition 14 of planning permission CH/2017/1202/FA (Sports hall extension to provide swimming pool and facilities, new vehicular access (Two Dells Lane), car parking and substation with associated landscaping and outdoor sports provision (Phase 1) (amendments to planning permission CH/2015/2199/FA)) to allow use of the building for purposes ancillary to the educational use of Chesham Preparatory School or sports groups or other charities which provide coaching and training to children (defined as under 18s) outside of school hours restricted to a maximum of 30 pupils. The after school hours would be restricted to no later than 8pm on any weekday and for the hours of 10am and 4pm Saturday and Sunday, only operating during term time and not during the school holidays
