Modification of Section 106 agreement dated 11 March 2015 (RN: 13/11045/FULL) (as previously varied by Deeds of Variation dated 22 February 2018 (RN: 16/12289/FULL) and 15 November 2018 (18/03869/FULL)); namely, to allow amendments to planning obligations to correct the unit size mix of affordable housing units, allow for phased delivery of the development, vary the location of the land to be provided for a cycle hire docking station, omit a bus stand and busmans facility and provision of a financial contribution in lieu towards provision of cycle hire docking station equipment, variation of clauses relating to Code for Sustainable Homes and BREEAM compliance, and minor variation to extent of land to be dedicated as public highway.
