Amendment to planning permission dated 02nd December 2016 (RN: 16/03476/FULL) for the Variation of Condition 24 of planning permission dated 22 March 2016 (RN: 15/02440) for erection of a new residential building comprising basement, lower ground, upper ground and four upper floors to provide 8 x self-contained flats, including basement car parking. Installation of mechanical plant and solar photovoltaic panels at roof level.
