Amendments to planning permission dated 12 March 2020 (RN: 19/00012) for Variation of condition 37 of permission dated 08/03/2016 (ref 15/08006/FULL) for Construction of new office (Class B1) building (Building 6a) fronting a realigned Allington Street and Bressenden Place with part flexible retail use (Class B1/A1-A5) at ground and first floor. The proposal includes new basement levels connected to the adjacent Nova basement with associated highways, utilities and other associated works, including hard landscaping/public realm works. (Site also known as Nova East). NAMELY, amendment to ground floor external appearance and layout, provision of additional goods lift lobby on level 17, an increase in the number of glazed panels on the west elevation facade, increase in height of the goods lift overrun by 200mm and the passenger lift overrun by 500mm, an increase in the height of the satellites located on the roof so that they are 625mm higher than the parapet and the BMU when parked will be approximately 250mm above the parapet and insertion of a metal rail balustrade at the back of parapet coping at a height of 1100mm above roof finished level.
