Variation of condition 1 and removal of conditions 9 and 10 of listed building consent dated 12 December 2018 (RN 18/08719/LBC ) for 'Alterations and extensions to 32 Belgrave Square and redevelopment of 25/27 Belgrave Mews South behind retained facade including new link extension between the mews house and main building, fourth floor infill extension, new mechanical plant and rooflights, and associated alterations, in connection with enlargement of single family dwellinghouse and erection of an Orangery extension beyond rear wing at ground floor level (site includes 32 Belgrave Square and 25/27 Belgrave Mews South)'. Namely, to vary the approved drawings to allow minor amendments to layout throughout the main house (inc. modern studwork to side of lift landing doors to be removed at all levels to facilitate the installation of the consented lift, adding electric blinds and / or secondary glazing to windows and lower ground floor, second, third and fourth floors, alterations to the ceiling in the first floor principal rooms, amendments to back staircase at first, lower ground and basement levels, reconfiguring of the layout of the spa area at lower ground level, adding a walk-in refrigerator within the household kitchen at lower ground floor level, minor amendments to orangery detailed design, alterations to the chimney pots on the Party Wall with 31 Belgrave Square, floor finishes changes at basement, lower ground, ground, first and second floor levels, fan coil unit locations updated, minor interior design amendments at lower ground, ground, first, second, third and fourth floors, and fireplace minor amendments (slips, grates etc.); alterations to fourth floor terrace including raising height of trellis; and internal alterations to the mews house.
