Variation of condition 1 and removal of condition 3 of listed building consent dated 19th May 2020(RN 19/09042/LBC) for the variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 19th June 2018 (RN 16/06234/FULL) for the Excavation of a basement floor below existing house and part of front garden, insertion of rooflight with decorative metal grille over within front lightwell, internal alterations, including the insertion of 3 rooflights in the floor of rear extension between lower ground and new basement level and removal of tree from front garden. NAMELY, to remove the decorative grille above the rooflight in the front lightwell, install an etched glass at this rooflight instead of the transparent glass originally allowed for under the grille.
