Variation of Condition 14 of planning permission dated 09 June 2015 (15/00032/FULL) which varied Conditions 1 and 6 of planning permission dated 20 July 2012 (RN: 12/05584) for the use of 33 Belgrave Square and 29 Belgrave Mews South as a single family dwelling; alterations to 33 Belgrave Square including erection of rear closet wing extension; excavation of basement beneath garden; replacement rear extension at ground floor level; raising of garden level; new terraces and associated works; and demolition and rebuilding of 29 Belgrave Mews South and associated works; NAMELY, to require the works to be carried out in accordance with the construction management plan dated 4 November 2020.
