Variation of condition 1 of listed building consent dated 07 January 2020 (RN: 19/05546/LBC) for the 'Use of Admiralty Arch as a 100 bedroom hotel, private members club and one, two or four self contained residential units. Internal and external alterations including creation of two new basement levels for ancillary hotel facilities and plant outside of the footprint of the listed building, accessed via subterranean links underneath the building (revised application to include additional basements linking the consented basements to the south west side of Admiralty Arch)'. Namely, to allow the relocation of service lift 2m to the west, new firefighting entrance bridge through existing window aperture, additional apertures in area way floor with glazed flooring to allow natural light into corridors, layout alterations, and associated works.
