Variation of Condition 10 of planning permission dated 18th January 2007 (RN 06/02628/FULL) for, 'Alterations during the course of construction to scheme approved on 10 February 2004 (Appeal A Ref: APP/X5990/E/03/1117794) for redevelopment to provide a new building comprising offices (Class B1) and 20 flats (Class C3) with associated parking: namely, alterations to the building elevations, realignment of seventh and eighth floor levels and rationalisation of office floorspace on basement and ground floors and residential floorspace at basement and first to sixth floor levels; NAMELY, to allow the car parking spaces to be used by the occupiers of the commercial part of the same building for either car parking or motorbike parking.
