Variation of condition 12 of listed building consent dated 10 march 2020 (RN: 19/09131/COLBC) for the: Installation of scaffold fixings, window repairs, roof repairs and installation of loft insulation, replacement of spalled brickwork/brickwork repairs and repointing, repairs and localised replacement of RWG and SVPs, replacement of flat entrance doors, fire safety upgrades in communal areas including compartmentation, containment, signage, communal cupboard doors, door entry system and fire detection equipment and replacement lighting to communal areas. NAMELY, to allow careful removal of mortar using mechanical disk cutting tools and/or hand tools, as appropriate to the type of mortar being removed.
