Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 14 April 2020 (RN: 19/09994/FULL) (which varied permission dated 29th April 2016 (RN: 15/10367/FULL)) for 'Demolition and redevelopment behind retained front and part facades as well as the demolition and reconstruction of mews properties to create two single family dwelling houses.
