Variation of Conditions 10 and 11 of planning permission dated 13 March 1992 (RN: 90/03865/FULL) for, 'Demolition and redevelopment to provide a managed public car park on 12 split levels below ground; retail, offices and entrances on ground floor, offices on first to fifth floors, residential on sixth and seventh floors; associated plant and servicing'; Namely, amendments to the parking arrangements to allow flexibility to: (i) Reduce the car parking for residents from 12 x spaces to a minimum of 4 x spaces; (ii) To allow 8 x existing residents' parking spaces to be used as either residents' car parking or for cycle parking for use by employees of the office and retail units within the development; and (iii) To use 8 x existing commercial car parking space as either car or cycle parking for use by the employees of the office and retail units within the development.
