Amendments to planning permission dated 14th October 2020 (RN 20/03725/FULL) for 'Partial demolition and redevelopment behind retained facades of three buildings (1-6 Northumberland Avenue, 3 Whitehall and 7-13 Whitehall) to provide a building rising to a maximum 7 storeys above ground with one level of basement accommodation in connection with the use of the buildings as offices (Class B1) across part basement, part ground, part mezzanine and 1st to 6th floor level, and use of part basement, part ground and part mezzanine floors for retail (Class A1) purposes and use of part ground floor for either retail (Class A1) and/or restaurant (Class A3) purposes'. NAMELY, to amend the description of development (see informative 2), vary conditions 26 and 29, and remove conditions 27 and 28; to reflect changes to the Use Classes Order and the introduction of Class E.
