Variation of condition 1 of listed building consent dated 22nd October 2020 (RN 20/03671/LBC) for the removal of the existing lifeboat station and associated infrastructure and the installation of a new floating lifeboat station, including a new main pontoon with above-deck accommodation, new intermediate pontoon, two new mooring (restraint) piles, a new linkspan bridge connecting the intermediate pontoon and main pontoon, and associated marine infrastructure works. Namely, to make amendments to the location and size of windows and doors; louvres and wall reveals; and other associated equipment.
