Amendments to planning permission dated 07 September 2021 (RN: 17/07726/FULL) for the: Extension of existing office and retail building and associated works to provide additional office floorspace at roof level, use of part of the ground floor for retail use within Classes A1, A3 or A4, part demolition and alterations to the stone facade fronting Buckingham Palace Road and the part removal of the glazed building canopy, alterations to the public realm, creation of high level terraces, alterations to bus facility on Bulleid Way and roof top plant along with highway, landscaping and other works. Namely, amend the wording of Condition 15 to read: 'With the exception of Bullied Way no goods, including fuel, delivered or collected by vehicles arriving or departing from the building shall be accepted or dispatched if unloaded or loaded on the public highway and you may accept or despatch such goods only if they are unloaded or loaded within the curtilage of the building.'
