Amendments to planning permission dated 29 June 2021 (RN: 20/04931/FULL) for variation of Conditions 1, 10, 12, 13, and 40 of planning permission dated 19 March 2018 (RN: 17/09368) namely, to allow internal alterations for fire strategy works, installation of AOVs to the windows of the internal light-well and external changes to the fifth floor windows facing House Guards Avenue, introduction of flexible residential/commercial back of house use at lower ground floor, expansion of the previously approved penthouse terraces at level seven, alterations to the commercial units.
